The renovation needs a new bygglov (fasad change from enclosing the altan) + an anmälan for the load-bearing changes. Not yet lodged.

pendingRequired for the Phase 2 renovation — enclosing the altan changes the fasad. A new ärende, separate from BYGG.2025.1705 (Phase 1 komplementbyggnader). Robert Sandell to lodge. Open question first: does enclosing the altan add BYA (and so re-open strandskydd)? No NEW strandskyddsdispens expected — same footprint, established hemfridszon — but confirm with Värmdö + Robert in writing before lodging, given the Dec 2024 new-build overturn.

Anmälan — Phase 2 (load-bearing changes)
pendingSeparate track from bygglov, required for the structural work — removing/ relocating load-bearing timmer walls and inserting beams. Triggers a kontrollplan. A structural engineer must size the beams (liggande timmer is monolithic — not a stud-wall job). KA engagement to be confirmed or a new uppdragsavtal signed.
