SUPERSEDED by Moderna Avlopp Offer 5832 (2026-06-22, approved by Brett): the turn-key price now includes myndighetskontakter — a FRESH tillståndsansökan + projektering — so Moderna files a new avlopp application rather than relying on the old permit, retiring the tolkningsfråga about MEA.2021.4441's survival. Placement per situationsplan confirmed 2026-05-25 (surveyor utsättning, approved by Tullicon). System: Ecobox Small minireningsverk, 5 PE / 750 L/day, Polynite phosphorus trap 500 kg, diffuse discharge to a gravel bed. Required for the Phase 2 renovation — enclosing the altan changes the fasad. A new ärende, separate from BYGG.2025.1705 (Phase 1 komplementbyggnader). Robert Sandell to lodge. Open question first: does enclosing the altan add BYA (and so re-open strandskydd)? No NEW strandskyddsdispens expected — same footprint, established hemfridszon — but confirm with Värmdö + Robert in writing before lodging, given the Dec 2024 new-build overturn.
